Missy Gannon
Missy hails from Cold Spring, New York, and splashed into the pro disc golf scene after placing 3rd at the World Amateur Championships in 2017. Missy won the 2019 Pro Worlds Putting title and was promoted to the Dynamic Discs Touring team in 2019.
Missy has been representing Team Discraft since the 2020 season. In 2021, she captured a number of Disc Golf Pro Tour podium finishes. She closed out the 2021 season with wins at the Throw Pink Women’s Disc Golf Championship and Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship, helping her to set the all-time FPO single-season tournament earnings record. Missy Gannon also won the 2021 Elaine King Player of the Year Award! Missy Gannon has re-signed an endorsement two-year deal with Discraft for 2022-2023.
We are lucky and proud that Missy was a member of Team WeDGE in the New England Team Challenge for one season. Although she now spends most of her time on the road competing, we in Westchester will always be her biggest fans! Be sure to check out her tournament rounds in 2022! Go Missy!
